If traveling north to Ansted on US 19, be sure to follow 19N the whole way to US 60 West. GPS instructions may tell you to use Ames Heights/Chestnutburg Roads. We (and our friends in this rural residential area) recommend that you don’t. Portions of this route are one-lane and have dangerously high shoulders.
